Jim Wood, owner and founder of the EruDynamix Company ("Erudite" + "Dynamics"), was born in Orange, CA, and has lived in California ever since. In 1987, he earned a bachelor's degree in physics from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. He also has degrees in graphic design from Platt College, Newport Beach, CA, and in computer science, and is Brainbench certified in HTML and JavaScript.

Since 1988, Jim has embarked on careers in electron microscopy, product support analysis for Toshiba, and graphic design. Jim returned from the Silicon Valley to establish his company in 1999, where he now serves customers throughout the entire world, while providing consultation in person for anyone in Southern California. Jim's basic philosophy is this:

"Maintain a level of intimacy with the customer and their interests, then use strategic trial and error to perfect the vehicle that will advertise their product, service, interest, and/or hobby"
